Innovative Medical Consultants only ships within the United States.
Innovative Medical Consultants, LLC does not ship to international addresses.
Please note, COD payments are not available.
Sales tax will be applied to shipments in CT or other states applicable.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS or Fedex ground. Shipping
charges quoted may not be exact . They may be subject to change, some heavy or bulky products may need an increased
shipping charge and handling fee.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping & handling fees.
Innovative Medical Consultants will notify you of any changes in shipping & handling fees.
Some orders may require signature & will not be left at shipping address without signature. Customers may need to be present
for delivery of your order. If not present, reshipping, rehandling & restocking fees will be charged.
Please email us or call if you need a rush order. We need to make sure item is in stock at the time. For 2 day service an
additional $35.00 will be added to the total purchase price ( 2 day service is not guaranteed). This option is only available when
product is in stock. Service may still require 5-7 business days for processing & packaging.
Emergency orders can be shipped at an additional fee of $45.00 This amount will be added to total purchase price for next day
delivery (next day is not guaranteed). This option is only available when product is in stock. Service may still require 5-7
business days for processing & packaging.

If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or replacement when you notify us within
5 days of delivery. Please note refund amount DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price,
items MUST be in new condition & returned in original shipping package. Email IMC to receive a return authorization Number.
All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective or restockable, you will be charged a 20% per
item restocking fee. We will refund standard shipping prices if there is a defect in the product. All returns must be complete
with parts, accessories, manuals,etc., Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence or not reading and
adhering to operating instructions are not covered under our policy. We will refund shipping costs on items we determine to be
defective. Innovative Medical Consultants, LLC guarantees any product purchased for up to 30 days from the date the order was
shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are open or used, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.
